Allatoona Diesel

These guys were amazing. This is my first diesel truck, and they’ve gained a new customer . they fixed the issue with my Ram in just two days. Other shops turned me away, let the truck sit there, and did nothing. The team at Allatoona Diesel was AAA from the moment I reached out on Facebook; they were attentive and professional the whole time. Thanks a lot, my truck is running with so much more power now.

Drake is great!! I called 3 other diesel shops before calling Allatoona Diesel and nobody answered. The other shops also never returned my call after leaving a voicemail. Drake not only answered the phone on the first couple rings but he communicated with me vis text regularly throughout the process!! I felt like I mattered as a customer with him!! My Jeep is now running better than ever too!! I will use Allatoona Diesel from now for my diesel needs!

If I could give Allatoona Diesel more than five stars, I would! We broke down while on vacation, and instead of taking advantage of a stranded family, they treated us with honesty, integrity, and genuine kindness from the very beginning. The owner actually came to our campsite with oil so we could safely drive the truck to his shop the following morning. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Once there, it was obvious he was an expert in diesel repair. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong in terms I could understand, so I always knew what was happening and why the repairs were needed. What impressed us most was how much he cared about helping us through a difficult situation. Since our repairs were extensive and would take extra time, he even loaned us his personal truck for the first day so we could get back to our campground and arrange transportation. That kind of generosity and trust speaks volumes about his character. Finding an honest, knowledgeable, and compassionate mechanic is rare, and Allatoona Diesel exceeded every expectation. They turned a stressful vacation breakdown into an experience that restored our faith in great customer

Drake and his team did an outstanding job on my 2016 F-250! Allatoona Diesel is the best diesel shop around! They kept me updated with progress as well as any issues they had during the repairs/upgrades on my truck. I highly recommend scheduling Allatoona Diesel for any of your diesel repair needs!

Drake and the team at Allatoona Diesel are elite. I brought them a project with a lot of underlying issues from a previous owner, and their expertise was apparent immediately. I really appreciated Drake's 'no-BS' vibe and the 'while you are in there' approach he coached me through—it saved me thousands in future labor and repairs. Most importantly, their patience with both me and the truck throughout this extensive process was unmatched. I walked out with an arguably better, more reliable truck than I could buy new off a lot today. This is hands down one of the best shop experience I've ever had.
